International Customers Information:

Value Testers sells worldwide.

Payments Methods:
All international orders are on PRE-PAID basis. This includes all shipping charges. 
We accept payment by way of electronic funds (wire) transfer, PayPal, credit card or international cashiers check. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.

Three methods of ordering for international customers:

1. PayPal.  To use this form of payment, please send us an email with your address and product selection - see email address at the bottom of this page.  We will send you a quote, and our PayPal account information for your payment.

2.  Order your product online by selecting “International Customers” within the shopping cart.  We will calculate the real cost of shipping to your destination address and notify you of that cost by emial.  Then, based on your agreement or confirmation email or fax, we will charge your credit card the real shipping cost and send the product to you.

However, in case of using credit card payment for all non-USA/non-Canadian orders, you will need to fax to us the following documents to: +1 602-795-4624

A.  Your most current credit card statement

B.  And a copy of the front and back of your credit card

Your order will NOT be processed until this information is received.
Please note that all credit cards will be verified by the card-issuing bank, and shipments of international orders may be delayed by a few days due to that procedure.
** Please write down your order number on your fax.

3.  Send your product enquiry through fax or email, and we will respond sending you a complete quotation, which includes cost of product and shipping to your country.  The quotation will include our banking information for a wire transfer or international cashiers check.

Methods of international shipment:
We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or a carrier of your preference. We will also work with your U.S. freight forwarder.
