International Customers Information:
Value Testers sells worldwide. Our sales people have a great deal of experience with international markets, as we have sold to almost 150 countries worldwide. We provide excellent customer service that is based on building relationships with our customers who become our friends. We know, how important it is to build relationship based on trust, when it comes to international sales, and this is what we do. You can rely on our team and service.
All international orders are on PRE-PAID basis. This includes all shipping charges. Shipping charges published on our web site may only represent an estimated cost. If the actual cost of shipping exceeds the estimate by more than ten percent, clients will be contacted for additional payment.
We accept payment by way of electronic funds (wire) transfer, PayPal, Google Checkout, credit card or international cashiers check. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.
Four methods of ordering for international customers:
1. PayPal. Directly available on our Web Site, when you select product and log in into your account, or register, if you are the first time buyer. Please remember that all shipping charges are estimates, and we reserve the right to revise them depending on actual cost. If the real cost of shipping is at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
2. Google Checkout. Directly available on our Web Site, when you select product and place it into your shopping cart. Please remember that all shipping charges are estimates, and we reserve the right to revise them depending on actual cost. If the real cost of shipping is at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
3. Order your product online by selecting International Customers within the shopping cart. The cost of shipping can be calculated when product (s) are in the shopping cart; however, that cost is only an estimate and might be different from the real charge. The reason is that all international shipments charges are based on dimensional weight, and it it very difficult to predict size of the box, expecially, when you order more than one product. If the real cost of shipping is at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
However, in case of using credit card payment for all non-USA/non-Canadian orders, you will need to fax to us the following documents to: +1 602-795-4624
A. Your most current credit card statement
B. And a copy of the front and back of your credit card
Your order will NOT be processed until this information is received.
Please note that all credit cards will be verified by the card-issuing bank, and shipments of international orders may be delayed by a few days due to that procedure.

4. Send your product enquiry through fax or email, and we will respond sending you a complete quotation, which includes cost of product and shipping to your country. The quotation will include our banking information for a wire transfer or international cashiers check.
Methods of international shipment:
We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or a carrier of your preference. We will also work with your U.S. freight forwarder.
Cost of Shipping to International Locations:
All major carriers, such as UPS or FedEx determine cost of shipping to international locations based on volumetric weight. Such calculations are not always straightforward, especially in case of heavy or oversized product, and may result in surcharges not accounted for in shipping cost calculated automatically. Therefore, we reserve the right of reviewing each shipping charge. In case of the real cost being at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
Exclusions from Export:
Amprobe and Fluke products can be shipped only within US, as per agreement between manufacturers and US distributors. The same relates to Thermal Imagers frequency 33kHz or higher.
