Alnor RVA501 Anemometer with Rotating Vane measures temperature, velocity, and calculates air flow volume in English or metric units. Typical applications include HVAC commissioning, heating and cooling coil analysis, diffuser air flow measurements, fume hoods and indoor air quality tests.

The Alnor RVA501 vane anemometer comes with a large 4 inch head for fast and easy measurements of air flow. The Alnor anemometer produces accurate results with a flow ranging from 50 to 6000 ft/min.
This is basic air flow meter, but very reliable. The RVA501 automatically averages air velocity and calculates volumetric flow rate in a range from 0 to 210 cfm.
The alnor digital vane anemometer take temperature readings in a range from 40 to 113 degree F, and 5 to 45 C with an accuracy of +/- 2 degree.
The Alnor anemometer does not require use of density correction factors. The instrument can be also converted into air volume flow balancing tool, if you purchase an optional aircone flow hood attachment of rectangular or circular shape.
The RVA 501 logs and stores data (12,700 samples and 100 test IDs). You can also download data to a PC for subsequent analysis and/or reports.
Alnor and TSI Alnor instruments are made in USA, and all come with NIST certificate of calibration.
If you prefer to have the same instrument, but without temperature reading and data storage look for Alnor RVA801.
