Bacharach 0024-8518 Fyrite Insight Plus Combustion Analyzer with Reporting Kit LL is designed as a 5-in-1 tool that acts as a flue gas CO tester, room air CO tester, dual channel digital thermometer (up to 999 °F), and a digital manometer (measures draft, gas pressure, ESP, and up to ±40 INWC). The Fyrite Insight Plus is the perfect tool for residential/light-commercial applications to ensure safe operating conditions and determine combustion efficiency. This Insight Plus combustion analyzer model comes with printer.

Overview
The Fyrite Insight Plus is an ideal tester for analysis of combustion efficiency of residential and commercial furnaces, heating boilers and water heaters. The tester provides easy to read data and graphs on its color LCD screen.
The Bacharach 0024-8518 flue gas analyzer features Tune-Rite HVAC assistant software for assisted troubleshooting, as well as vibrant easy-to-read display with real-time analysis. The B-smart CO (0-4,000 ppm) sensor with integral NOx filter provides accurate readings.
Fyrite Insight Plus comes with 9 pre-programmed fuels and 2 custom user-programmable fuels, 3 year O2 sensor lifespan, and datalogging up to 100 readings for direct printing or PC communication via USB with Fyrite User Software.
The Fyrite Insight Plus can also be used for checking ambient CO – carbon monoxide. This way performs safety checks to make sure there are no CO leaks from furnaces, boilers, water heaters or flue gas stacks.

Select the fuel type and equipment type from the built-in lists and hit run. As it evaluates the flue gas, Tune-Rite’s innovative graphic display of all combustion parameters eliminates the guesswork of when the equipment has reached steady state. This is critical for consistent, repeatable, and accurate combustion testing based on your equipment type.
Tune-Rite helps you determine if the equipment is operating safely and in the acceptable ranges. If not, you’ll get possible causes and an easy to navigate troubleshooting checklist that will prioritize the most likely potential issues to investigate. The checklist helps to keep track of what has been inspected, adjusted, repaired or found to be an issue, letting you track what’s okay and what you’ve worked on, before rerunning the analysis to confirm the equipment is now within range.
Logging “As Found” and “As Left” data is as easy as pressing a button. Tune-Rite then uses this data and the service checklist to create a detailed report for the customer providing a clear record of your work.
