store, are those in effect on the publication date and are subject to change

PAYMENTS:
We accept credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card
and Discover.
We also accept payments via PayPay & AmazonPay. Buy with Prime is a new way of shopping and fast
delivery. We do keep inventory of
selected items at Amazon warehouses, and you will see the “Buy with Prime”
option on product pages of those selected items. You can order such an item on our website,
pay via your Amazon account, and get it shipped, and delivered expediently, as
any Amazon order. Amazon processes those
orders, so security and fast delivery are guaranteed – see the video about this
process.
International Customers: We accept payment by way of
electronic funds (wire) transfer, or international cashier’s check. We do not
offer C.O.D. terms. For additional information see International section.
SHIPPING METHODS/TIMEFRAMES
Shipping Information: Orders for in-stock products placed
from the Value Testers Online Catalog that are received by 4:00pm MST Monday -
Friday (except holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours via best method for
established accounts or authorized credit card payments. Most orders ship on
the same day.
Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS Ground: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United
States* within 1 to 6 business days, depending on client’s location.
UPS Overnight shipping: Value Testers can accommodate for
express shipping. Place your order by 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time to ensure
that orders for in-stock items can ship that day. Express order charges will be
added to your invoice.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may include an additional
shipping surcharge, if UPS charges exceed our estimated shipping charge by more
than ten percent.
Orders: There is no minimum order requirement.
Special Prices, Promos and Free Products:
Our site offers many products at discount or special prices.
Some orders may qualify for free gifts or promotional add-ons if purchased at
the price advertised online. These promotions are offered directly by
Valuetesters.com. If orders are placed at a price offered by phone or
electronic quotation, such orders do not qualify for free products or
promotions. Promotions offered by the manufacturer are still valid on all
orders of corresponding products.
Shipping Cost: We use UPS cost as a base to calculate the
cost of shipping for your order(s).

Shipments to Canada
All shipments to Canada are sent via USPS EMS Global Express
service provided by US Postal Service. We chose this service, as it provides speedy
delivery (3 to 5 days), and economic cost. We can secure overnight shipments
via UPS or FedEx, but due to high and variable cost, we will do it based on
your particular request placed with us either by phone or email.
International Shipments

Tracking
Customers who provide a valid email address when placing an
order will automatically receive an email from the carrier containing a
tracking number and a link to the carrier's web site to retrieve tracking info
when your order is scanned into their system from our dock. This email will be
sent to the return email address provided when the order is placed. Upon
request (in the "Special Instructions" field of the checkout page)
this email can be sent to two email addresses.
On orders that ship directly from the manufacturer's
warehouse, the carrier will not send a tracking email by default. If for any
reason you do not receive a tracking email from the carrier, please feel free
to contact us and we will be happy to provide tracking information.
Product Pictures: product pictures may not represent the
actual look of the product, as manufacturers often upgrade their parts, or not
always make product pictures available
to distributors in a timely manner. You
need to read product description and characteristics to determine all product
features. Our customer support is
available for any consultation regarding product features or applications.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Return Policy
Value Testers offers a 30-day return policy on selected
items based on manufacturer return policies. Therefore, returns will be
accepted only with RMA number issued to a particular client for a particular
product. Products with NIST Certificate
of Calibration are not returnable, due to specific calibration service rendered
for this product. Special order products
are not returnable, as well. Please e-mail our Customer Support Department at
[email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number before shipping your product back to Value Testers. Returns may not be
accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the
following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name,
invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.
All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and
contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing
materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other
documentation included with the original shipment.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's
responsibility; Value Testers will match the shipping method and pay for
shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure
your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is
able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to REFUSE it
back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it
is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Value Testers to file a
damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived
in, notify Value Testers immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a
pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Value Testers of damaged
goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will
override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer
restrictions. Contact Customer Support
at [email protected] or your Value Testers account manager to arrange
for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Value
Testers within 30 days from the invoice date, at Value Testers's discretion
for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent
restocking fee.
Due to manufacturer's policies, close-outs or in the case of
specially ordered items: products may be non-returnable; Customers must contact
respective manufacturers directly for service.
Value Testers reserves the right to authorize product
returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after
30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping
charges are not refunded on returned items.

TESTERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. VALUE TESTERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL
SENT FROM VALUE TESTERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. VALUE
TESTERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF
THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES
SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN GIVE
