When you partner with Value Testers to become a reseller, your orders will ship from one of our US or our Canadian warehouse(s). We are responsible for the complicated and expensive process of importing - paperwork, taxes, duties, currency, etc. You can check out by credit card, wire transfer/EFT, company cheque and - if you are approved - you can use credit terms.
You will receive an expected ship date as soon as we process your order and a tracking number will automatically be sent when your order ships. You'll also receive a delivery notification, in case you're not the one to sign for the package.
