Tempo Greenlee PE2003-G Pulser Burried Cable Ground Fault Tester finds even very small breaks in cables buried directly in the ground.  Greenlee PE2003-G signal transmitter sends a high voltage signal, and the A-frame finds breaks in buried cables or wires.  This ground fault locator is very accurate, but two conditions need to be fulfilled in order to locate the break.
