NAVAC NEVK3 Rapid Evacuation Kit
The NAVAC NEVK3 is a Rapid Evacuation Kit with an NHB1 Evacuation Hose with 3/8” to ¼” fitting, NHB2 Evacuation Hose with 1/2” to ¼” fitting, (2) NVR1 valve core removal tools, and NMV1 Micron Vacuum Gauge. Combine the NAVAC NEVK3 Rapid Evacuation Kit Pro Plus with your vacuum pump to perform AC/R system evacuations with speed and precision.
The NAVAC NEVK3 Evacuation Kit includes NAVAC Big Boy High Flow evacuation hoses with a large diameter for a fast evacuation, 4-layer construction for low permeation, 3200 psi burst pressure, 640 psi working pressure, and are vacuum rated to 20 microns. When purchasing evacuation hoses, it's important to select hoses specifically designed for evacuation. Evacuation hoses have a large inside diameter to reduce friction, decreasing the evacuation time and allowing you to achieve a deep vacuum quickly. Vacuum hoses are designed specifically to hold under a deep vacuum and keep moisture and contaminants from bonding to the side.
The NAVAC NEVK3 Kit includes (2) NAVAC NVR1 Valve Core Removal Tools for flare fittings of ¼” and 5/16”, rated for R410A systems and vacuum rated to 20 microns. A valve core removal tool is small but essential for your tool bag. The core removal tool quickly and easily removes Schrader cores so you can evacuate and charge a system through an unrestricted line, letting you speed up the process and get a deeper vacuum.
In addition, the NAVAC NEVK3 Kit contains the NAVAC micron gauge model NMV1 with a Pirani high-precision vacuum sensor to precisely measures vacuum levels. The micron range is 0-75,000 microns with an accuracy of 15-750 microns. The NAVAC NMV1 micron vacuum gauge’s large backlit digital display provides a comprehensive view of vacuum conditions. An alarm buzzes when the vacuum reaches the set level, and the backlight flashes for ten seconds. In addition, when the vacuum level decreases from the preset vacuum level, the micron gauge will buzz rapidly, and the backlit will flash to warn of leaks. The vacuum gauge includes 4 measurement units, mmHg, mbar, Pa, and microns.
