An EV charging meter is a device built into an EV charging station that measures and calculates the electrical energy used by the vehicle. It tracks how much DC power is flowing, how much energy is delivered in kWh, and provides the data needed for charger monitoring and billing. It also includes four configurable data loggers, each of which can be programmed independently to record different parameters. Every data record is timestamped, making it possible to see exactly when each entry was logged.
