The BinMaster BMRX-200 Rotary Level Indicator is the most cost-effective and easiest-to-implement solution for reliable point-level control of bulk solids in silos, surge bins, chutes, and conveyors. It is designed to provide security from system power failure, easy access to all components, and dependable performance. Nineteen different paddle options, and flat or angled mounting plates and couplers, allow you to configure the rotary model best suited to your application.

Nineteen different paddle options, and flat or angled mounting plates and couplers, allow you to configure the rotary model best suited to your application.
The new BMRX-200 is the second model in the redesigned line of BinMaster rotary level paddle switches. Like all BinMaster rotaries, the BMRX-200 alerts to vessel levels in solid materials with a bulk density of 2 lb. to over 100 lb./cu. ft. However, a few additional features like a PCB, a DPDT relay, and fail-safe high and low give you a bit more flexibility and options over the BMRX-100.
The rotary level indicator power pac features a screw-off cover, ¾" (1.91 cm) NPT dual conduit entries, and an FDA-recognized powder coat finish. Once installed, the enclosure can be rotated. This unique feature makes it easy to ensure conduit entries are always pointed toward the ground, mitigating the risk of moisture damaging internal components. New wire guides also ensure wires don’t get stuck as you push them through conduit entries.
This rotary level indicator is used in solids and powders to prevent overfills, dry runs, or process shutdowns. It has an onboard PCB and DPDT relays that allow users to set up two switching outputs, such as one to a covered and the other to an uncovered condition. The relay outputs are designed to be “fail safe” in case of power failure. If power fails to the rotary, the relays will default to the output deemed “safe” for a high-level or low-level indicator application.
