Accurately monitor flat surfaces with this Digi-Sense 08514-66 Type-K Compact Surface Probe with Mini Connector. It's recommended for hot plates, furnaces and molds, but is compatible with a range of other flat surface applications, as well. It's made with an aluminum and ceramic sheath with a fiberglass-insulated stainless-steel cable to withstand a wide range of temps.
