Anytime you need to monitor surface temperatures that may be located in a confined area, simply use the Digi-Sense 08516-62 Type-K Small-Diameter Surface Probe. It's designed specifically for hard-to-reach spaces and performs well with such surfaces as hot plates, furnaces, molds and more.
