With a wire probe attached to a 10' (3 m) cable, it's easy to monitor the interior temperatures of appliances with the Digi-Sense 94460-70 Traceable General Purpose Digital Thermometer. The thermometer is capable of withstanding temperatures from -58 to 158°F (-50 to 70°C), while the triple display keeps the minimum, maximum and current readings visible at all times.
