The Hanna HI 98161 Foodcare Professional Portable pH Meter makes it easy to get accurate, detailed measurements of food samples. The meter is made with a rugged waterproof construction with a backlit LCD, and it comes with a PVDF plastic electrode for use with a variety of different products, including milk, rice, ice cream and more.
