Use this Hioki U8793 Memory HiCorder Arbitrary Waveform Generator Unit to create a function generator, arbitrary waveform generator and waveform measurement in a single device. The plug-and-play module boasts 2 isolated channels for reliable measurements, and it's compatible with your Memory HiCorder MR8847A model (sold separately).
