OMEGA DP606A-DC Offers

The DP606A/DP612A Display Meter offers a flexible, easy to use 6 or 12 zone, 4 digit temperature and process measurement solution in a rugged 1/4 DIN Aluminum housing. Selectable configuration eliminates the need for jumpers. The DP606A supports 6 independent zones (3 wire RTD limited to 6 zones on all models).

The DP606A and DP612A Series is our newest line of affordable multi-channel panel meters. These models offer increased accuracy, wider operating temperatures and increased flexibility over the CN606 and CN612 models that they replace.

All zones are scanned at a 400 ms rate. The display shows the reading of each zone sequentially. High and low Alarms with SPDT relay outputs are available for monitoring and alarm purposes.

The input, power and communications are also now isolated allowing for easier deployment and more reliable operation. The rugged extruded aluminum 1/4 DIN case combines with the improved isolation to provide an extremely durable product.

These meters can read up to 12 sensors and include user selectable RS232 or RS485 communications using Modbus(R). Two user configurable Alarm relays are standard on all models.

The universal input allows user selection between thermocouple (9 types), RTD 2-wire, RTD 3-wire, 4 to 20 mA and 1000 mV input options. These input selections are firmware selectable through the front panel buttons or Modbus serial commands.

Note: While the inputs are universal and can be changed via firmware (no dip switches), all 6 or 12 inputs on a given unit must be set to the same type of input for operation.
