Capable of reading flow rates using differential pressure or multi-variable transmitters in conjunction with a flow computer, this cone meter measures differential pressure through an integrated electronic signal, typically via standard Modbus or 4 to 20mA output. Especially useful in tight-fit and retrofit installations where the long runs of straight pipe required by orifice plates, venturi tubes, and other technologies are impractical or unavailable, this versatile cone meter is installable in a horizontal or vertical position.
