The SPCHKIT is ideal for checking the performance and efficiency of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration units. TPI has a wide range of Smart Probes that connect to your smart device via the TPI View App. See the complete list below. TPI SP323 Smart Temperature ProbeThe TPI SP323 is a Smart Temperature Clamp Probe to measure the temperature of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems. Live measurement data from the temperature clamp probe is shown on a smart device via the TPI View App. The TPI SP323 Temperature Clamp temperature range is -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) and has a clamp range of 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch (6mm to 38mm).
The SP323 Temperature Clamp temperature readings can be analyzed over time with the TPI View App data logger, allowing users to identify intermittent problems. Temperature readings are recorded from 1-second to 59-minute and 59-second intervals and can be logged up to 10,000 readings, each with a date and time stamp. The operational status of the SP323 Temperature Probe is indicated using a multi-colored LED. The smart temperature probe will auto-power off if not connected to a smart device after 8 minutes. When connected to a smart device, the auto power off is disabled. The auto power off is also disabled during data logging. The TPI SP323 has a battery life of approximately 170 hours. TPI SP670 Smart Pressure ProbeThe TPI SP670 is a smart high-pressure probe to measure pressure on refrigeration systems. Live measurement data from the pressure probe is shown on a smart device via the TPI View App. The TPI SP670 Smart Pressure Probe features a pressure range of -14.7 psi to 870 psi (-1 bar to 60 bar) and an overpressure protected to 1000 psi. Readings are accurate to +/- 0.5% of full scale and have a resolution of 0.1 psi / 0.01 bar, so the meter produces reliable, precise readings.
The TPI SP670 uses an angle fitting to allow access to service ports in close spaces. The SP670 Schrader Valve Depressor is adjustable for use with worn valves in test ports. The TPI SP670 Bluetooth Pressure can be used to check for compressor leaks. And Subcooling and superheating can be calculated using the TPI SP323 Smart Temperature Clamp Probe. The operational status of the SP670 is indicated using a multi-colored LED. The unit has a battery life of approximately 160 hours. TPI View AppThe TPI View App allows users to display real-time readings from the TPI SP670 and SP323 in both numerical and graph format. Technicians can use the App's Job Management to create multiple jobs and attach reports to each job while giving each report a different reference or title. Using the App, users can remotely data log using multiple smart probes at the same time. Live temperature readings from the SP323 are displayed on the View App, and when used in conjunction with the SP670 Smart Pressure Probe, Superheat and Subcooling can be calculated. The TPI SP323 in conjunction with the View App, allows users to perform, save, e-mail, and/or print differential temperature readings such as Radiator Balancing or Flow & Return on Boilers or Heat Pumps.
