The built-in non-contact IR Thermometer measures remote surface temperatures up to 500°F (260°C) and has an 8:1 distance to spot ratio and laser pointer to identify the target area. Easy-to-set Area dimensions (ft² or m²) are stored in the meter’s internal memory for the next power-on. 20 point average for Air Flow. Min/Max recalls highest and lowest readings. Data Hold freezes the reading on the display when taking measurements in areas where the display cannot be easily viewed. The auto power-off (with disable) function conserves battery life.
