The Si-CA 230 does not include a printer.

Overview

The Sauermann Si-CA 230 Combustion Analyzer measures Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and calculates Carbon Dioxide. The Si-CA 230 gas analyzer measures all of the necessary temperature, draft, and pressure measurements for combustion efficiency analysis. The Sauermann’s combustion gas analyzers are designed with the contractor in mind with features such as the latest digital and metrology technologies, making measurements reliable and reducing the time technicians need to spend on-site.

The Sauermann Si-CA 230 flue analyzer comes with PC-based management software plus offers a wireless connection to the free Sauermann Combustion mobile app for Android and iOS. The app allows technicians to control the Si-CA 230 analyzer remotely, access to extra features, view measurement results in real-time and customize results before exporting in the format of their choice. The Si-CA 230 can generate and export reports in PDF, CSV, and XML formats and store a customer database.

The Sauermann combustion analyzer Si-CA 230 includes features that make them convenient to use: a powerful magnet for hands-free work, a color touch screen display, and built-in software that issues cell service cycle reminders. The cell service cycle lets a technician know how much sensor life is left and when it’s time to replace that sensor.

In addition, the Si-CA 230 analyzer comes with an additional protective rubber casing, so it sits firmly in the palm without slipping. The probe connectors are hidden away inside the unit, so there is no risk of them breaking if the instrument is dropped. The Sauermann Si-CA 230 industrial combustion gas analyzer includes a hard carrying case. The Sauermann combustion analyzer has an ingress protection rating of IP42.

Checking whether a boiler, furnace, or other combustion equipment is properly optimized requires a modern combustion gas analyzer capable of calculating combustion efficiency. Making this calculation can be a complex task. The Si-CA 230 combustion analyzer, working with the dedicated Sauermann Combustion app, can deliver reliable results - all compiled into a comprehensive electronic report.

amazing price and performance

This thing is cheap for an industrial analyzer. Now I Don't mean cheap as in poorly made or crummy performance. Just the price is so low for what you get. All the fancy new wireless techy features with reporting and data storage and what not and it has a big color touch screen too. I like how flat it is also. Like a big phone basically but way more rugged. Also the CO sensor, hence why it's called industrial, goes to 10 thousand ppm and then way higher with the dilution. It also has a shut off in case of overload so you are protected from ruining your CO sensor. I definitely recommend this meter because I haven't found anything as good for this CO range for this kind of price.

Great Deal

This analyzer is a fantastic deal for a fully featured industrial grade meter. All the cool technological features aside, the most important thing is to get accurate CO measurements at the high levels you find in industrial settings. This analyzer reads up to 10K standard ppm and then it has a dilution pump that adds fresh air to the sample which serves the dual purpose of protecting your sensor from overload that can break it permanently and let’s you get a reading up to 50K ppm. Obviously if you hit that last number you’ve got a serious problem but it’s good to know that the analyzer can deliver if conditions are bad. On top of this (for just about 2 grand mind you, great deal) you get the touch screen and all the wireless app features, the most important and useful of which is the stellar reporting functions. Digital records take virtually zero space on your hard drive and with this new technology you can theoretically keep a lifetime of records of your combustion analyses. I think you’d be dumb not to check this meter out for the price. Very impressive when pitted against the other stuff available in this price range.
