Seitron V1 Smart Micron Vacuum Gauge
The Seitron V1 is a small reliable digital micron vacuum gauge with Li-Ion rechargeable batteries to measure the vacuum of refrigeration systems and heat pumps. The Seitron micron vacuum gauge measures vacuum via just one service port and no loss of refrigerant. The Be Cool V1 smart vacuum gauge uses a ¼” SAE fitting, measures from 1 to 19000 microns with a 1-micron resolution, and supports 7 other units of measurement. The Seitron Be Cool digital micron vacuum gauge achieves precise deep vacuum measurements down to single-digit resolution and provides notification when the evacuation target is met.

Overview
The large, easy-to-read display provides a continual digital readout of the evacuation process and can be viewed easily on the large, full-view LCD screen. In addition, the Seitron V1 Vacuum Gauge connects via Bluetooth with the Seitron Be Cool App (iOS & Android) allowing a technician to control the micron tester remotely and navigate through all measurement data via Smartphone or Tablet. A technician can quickly and conveniently document the job, finalize the report, and export - directly from the job site. The Bluetooth transmission distance is up to 98ft / 30m.
If you’re installing a new HVACR system or making repairs, removing all moisture and non-condensable gases is important before adding any refrigerant. Moisture in the system can turn to acid and freeze, and other non-condensables like nitrogen, air, water, or other refrigerants can change the pressure readings in the system. Removing all of these can directly increase the expected life and efficiency of the system.
The Seitron vacuum gauge uses a water status indicator to determine the moisture in the system by comparing the ambient temperature and water saturation temperature corresponding to the vacuum in the system. When the water evaporation temperature is lower than the ambient temperature (TH2O<Tamb), the water is in gaseous form (vapor form), and the moisture in the pipes can be removed more efficiently.
