Shipping Methods / Timeframes
Orders for in-stock products placed from the Value Testers Online Catalog that are received by 4:00pm MST Monday - Friday (except holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours via best method for established accounts or authorized credit card payments. Most orders ship on the same day.
Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS Ground: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 6 business days or less.
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping: Value Testers can accommodate for express shipping. Place your order by 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time to ensure that orders for in-stock items can ship that day. Express order charges will be added to your invoice.
* Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and other states may include a shipping surcharge, if UPS charges exceed our shipping charge by more than ten percent.
Orders: There is no minimum order requirement.
Free UPS Ground Shipping: Currently, Value Testers offers Free UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $200.00 (value of the order does not include tax, or any other special charges). Free shipping offer is valid for shipments within continental US, and does not include shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, cargo shipments, or shipping of selected heavy products, such as vacuum pumps or refrigerant recovery machines. Free shipping offer relates only to products, which prices are advertised on the website, and is not valid on special pricing obtained via quotes.
***Free UPS 2nd Day Shipping: Value Testers offers this service on selected products, in order to minimize delivery time on some seasonal – urgently needed - testers. Free shipping offer is valid for shipments within continental US, and does not include shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, cargo shipments, or shipping of selected heavy products, such as vacuum pumps or refrigerant recovery machines. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM MST in order to be processed the same day. Free shipping offer relates only to products at prices advertised on the website, and is not valid on special pricing obtained via quotes.
When you add a product qualified for the UPS 2nd Day Free shipping, please make sure you are selecting UPS 2nd Day Air $0.00 shipping option from the drop down menu in the shopping cart.
This special offer is valid for items, which include “Free 2nd Day Shipping” phrase in the product title. If such product is temporarily out of stock, we will ship it via 2nd day shipping, as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping Cost: We use UPS cost as a base to calculate the cost of shipping for your order(s).

Cost of Shipping - Next Day or 2nd Day:
All major carriers, such as UPS or FedEx determine cost of shipping for Next Day or Second Day deliveries based on volumetric weight. Such calculations are not always straightforward, especially in case of heavy or oversized product, and may result in surcharges not accounted for in shipping cost calculated automatically. Therefore, we reserve the right of reviewing each shipping charge. In case of the real cost being at least 10 percent higher, than one calculated automatically, we will notify clients of additional charges.
Shipments to Canada
Shipments to Canada are usually sent via USPS EMS Global Express service provided by US Postal Service. We chose this service, as it provides speedy delivery (3 to 5 days), and economic cost. We can secure overnight shipments via UPS or FedEx, but due to high and variable cost, we will do it based on your particular request placed with us either by phone or email. Shippers may request additional custom's clearance fee from receiving party.

Customers who provide a valid email address when placing an order will automatically receive an email from the carrier containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's web site to retrieve tracking info when your order is scanned into their system from our dock. This email will be sent to the return email address provided when the order is placed. Upon request (in the "Special Instructions" field of the checkout page) this email can be sent to two email addresses.
On orders that ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, the carrier will not send a tracking email by default. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking email from the carrier, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide tracking information.
Possible Delays in Shipping:
There are different reasons why we may experience delays in the shipping of customer orders:
1. Orders are coming from different channels, and the inventory in our database is updated every 15 minutes. Therefore, there might be a chance of a product being over-ordered.
2. Some less popular products are drop shipped directly from manufacturers, and they may experience part shortages due to a global fulfillment system.
3. We notice a product in stock does not include all parts.
