The Testo 0613 3211 is a NTC frozen food probe. It has a measuring range of -50 to 140 °C (-58 to 284 °F) with an accuracy of ±0.5 % of mv at 100 to 150 °C (212.0° to 302.0 °F) ±0.2 °C (0.4 °F) at -25 to 74.9 °C (-13.0° to 166.8 °F) ±0.4 °C (0.7 °F) (Remaining Range).
