The Testo 549i Pressure Smart Probe is an hose-less, wireless pressure measurement instrument with an easier to maneuver 45 angled probe connection that uses Bluetooth wireless technology to transmit pressure readings directly to any mobile device with an improved distance of 350’ away using the free Smart Probe App. The Testo 549i is great for the HVAC service technician or contractor who is servicing, troubleshooting, and documenting the operations of residential or commercial AC/refrigeration systems.

The Testo 549i accurately and easily measures the high-side or low-side refrigerant pressure in AC/refrigerant systems and if you have two probes, you can get these measurements simultaneously. The Testo 549i is ruggedly designed and easily connects to standard Schrader valves, without tools or hoses, eliminating any refrigerant loss.

The Testo 549i when paired with the Testo 115i pipe clamp temperature probe can automatically calculate superheat and subcooling values using the Smart Probe App and transmit this data via Bluetooth to any smart device. The Testo 115i pipe clamp temperature probe can be purchased separately or in a kit Testo AC/R Wireless Smart Probe Kit (0563-0002) that includes both the Testo 549i and 115i.

The Testo Smart Probe App is available free on the App and Google Play Store. This App allows the HVAC service technician to remotely read measurements from up to six Smart Probes at distances up to 350’ away. The measurement data is displayed as a list, graph, or in a table format and measurements can be saved as PDF or Excel files. The App will create custom reports which can be saved or shared by email.
