The Testo 550s Smart Kit 0564 5504 01 is a three-port digital manifold with a 2-way valve block, a large display, 2 wireless temperature clamps, a wireless vacuum probe, and Bluetooth that enables you to get all your refrigeration and air conditioning system measurements, as well as heat pump measurements, fast and efficiently. An HVAC technician can easily evaluate measurement data displayed graphically in real-time on the new 550s extra-large main screen or a smartphone via the Testo Smart App. This Testo 550s Smart Digital Manifold Kit 0564 5504 01 includes the Testo 550s digital manifold kit with Bluetooth, two wireless clamp thermometers (Bluetooth, NTC), vacuum probe, and a rugged case.

The Testo 550s refrigeration digital manifold measurement menus will guide you step by step through the measurement modes and perform automatic determination of important parameters such as superheat, pressure-drop, tightness test, or evacuation.

Included in this Testo 550s smart digital manifold kit with Bluetooth are two wireless smart probe pipe-clamps and a wireless vacuum gauge. The Testo 115i smart temperature probes have a Bluetooth range of 350’ and accurately measure temperature on pipes in heating and cooling systems. The probes can be used on pipes up to 1.5” and maintain critical contact between probe and pipe surface to acquire the best readings.

The Testo 552i smart vacuum probe works on its own through the Smart App or connects to the 550s digital manifold through Bluetooth. The smart probe is an app-controlled wireless vacuum probe with a Bluetooth range of up to 425’. The vacuum is measure wirelessly via just one service port, without any loss of refrigerant.

Via Bluetooth, the measurement data is transmitted from the temperature probes or vacuum gauge and can be viewed in real time on the digital manifold or in the Testo Smart App on your smartphone or tablet. Other probes are available, including the Testo Smart Probe 605i for humidity.

The Bluetooth integration on the Testo 550s refrigeration digital manifold kit allows users to connect to the Testo Smart App (Android App) or (iOS APP) from a range of up to 500 feet on their smartphone. A technician can remotely start a measurement, stop measurements, reset measurements, configure measurements, and select refrigerant. **Please note: Requires iOS 12.0 or later/Android 6.0 or later, requires Bluetooth® 4.0.

When using the new Testo Smart App and the stored measurement programs that guide you through the configurations and measurements, results can be evaluated faster while helping to avoid measurement errors. In all application menus, except volume flow, there are three different screens available to view the measurement – Live, Graphic, and Table.

The Testo 550s digital manifold in conjunction with the Testo Smart App, reports can be created on-site, and digital measurement protocols, including photos, can be sent as PDF or CSV files directly by e-mail. You can also set up customer data and measurement sites at the touch of a button and synchronize with the free Testo DataControl PC software wirelessly via Wi-Fi.

The Testo 550s refrigerant digital manifold’s housing is extremely robust with an IP54 rating and provides increased protection for the temperature probe sockets against job hazards such as water or dust.
