TSI Alnor EBT731-STA Balometer Kit with Stand and Tablet Computer

The EBT371 is a great balometer capture hood, the stand makes it so mush easier if you don’t have a partner or have high ceilings.

The EBT731 is basically the industry standard at this point. I was trained on TAB work with it and the results speak for themselves, it just makes everything a breeze, pun not intended. This kit gives you everything you need to balancing work solo (although it doesn’t hurt to ever have a partner). THe stand lets you take readings hands free up to I think 16 ft on the ceiling and the results stream wirelessly to the tablet which is included. It’s a nice tablet too. Samsung and if it’s your private biz you can even use the tablet for other stuff. It’s just a good tablet that comes prepackaged with the software. Overall a great value even if it’s a little pricey. It’s worth it ultimately

Having the software already ready to go on the tablet is really helpful. All readu to go out the box and a great price. No heavy lifting required :-)

I love my EBT731 but i am kicking myself now that this new kit is out. The stand would eliminate a lot of my frustration using the unit with ladders. The Balometer itself is very dependable and lightweight.

Now, you can do all of work yourself. The extra stand is very useful, as you can set up hood on it, then do all measurements. Main instrument detaches, so you have control of your work and even see multiple measurements simultaneously. Great tool to improve troubleshooting efficiency. Now, doing small buildings or big buildings is not a problem.

Doesn’t get much better than this kit when it comes to air balancing. The stand means I don’t need a partner and the tablet makes documentation and data management easier and faster.

Yes it’s kinda expensive at first glance but if you routinely do balancing work in commercial settings it pays for itself quickly. Getting this kit with the preloaded tablet (it’s a nice little computer) and the stand makes it much easier to do work solo as well so you don’t necessarily have to pay another employee to assist on a job, if you are the business owner. If you are fairly established in TAB work it’s really a no brainer, oh and also because of the NIST certification. This probably adds to the price point but it’s worth it to know that the accuracy is basically guaranteed

I needed an accurate and reliable hood with NIST, so I got ebt731 and I love it. This is the firs n what's the other n? Negotiate to get better price. Those guy gave me excellent deal, so I loved the price too.

Purchased this unit recently and i love it. The stand has definitely been a welcome addition compared to the old ladder method. These units aren't very heavy but its just awkward going up the ladder but now with the stand those problems are solved. Of course you do run into the occasional need to use a ladder depending on the office layout or whatever.

its amazing how a stand can make all the difference and its always funny how something so simple was not thought of before. Gone are the days of walking up ladders with my balometer. Hurray for that.

It is light, so you can lift it easily, and it comes with a very nice stand, so you can fix it right below a register and do your testing without holding it. Great feature. Wireless feature and large detachable control units are very usefull too. Two thumbs up for this product.

I am downsizing, so I work alone now. I got this TSI hood with the stand, so I coud do the work myself. The hood is lightweight, yet with the stand work is even easier. I did set it up and tested detachable monitor, and it worked perfect. I only wish I got it a few years earlier to simplify my work. Great hood and meter.
