UEi Kane958 Industrial-Commercial Combustion Analyzer

The Kane958 is an Industrial Commercial Combustion Analyzer with direct O2 measurement and CO sensor protection to evaluate efficiency, boiler tuning, and engine performance. The Kane958 uses a NOx filtered and H2 compensated CO sensor (10,000ppm range) and measures O2, CO, differential pressure, flue, and inlet temperature. The Kane flue gas analyzer calculates CO2, differential temperature, efficiency (net, gross), CO/CO2 ratio, excess air, and high-level concentration CO. The Kane combustion analyzer also includes up to a 10-year warranty with annual recertification.

The Kane flue gas analyzer CO sensor is automatically protected from high levels of CO. When CO is above the maximum range of the analyzer, the main pump stops, and the CO Purge pump starts. In addition, the UEi Kane958 has a low flow detector system to switch off the analyzer pump if it detects water entering from an over-filled water trap.

The straightforward function keys and rotary dial make the Kane combustion analyzer intuitive to operate. The Kane958 has a large 6-line backlit display showing data and test results based on your selection. The bottom line of the display also highlights the analyzer's status at all times. The status bar offers options based on tasks you are performing and displays useful information and messages.

The Kane gas analyzer prints test results using an optional infrared printer or wirelessly sends them to the Kane wireless app. The Kane analyzer stores up to 45 logs of any combination of Combustion, AUX, Temperature, and Pressure test results.

 

The Kane 958 analyzer has a protective rubber cover with strong magnets on the back for “hand-free” operation and a flue probe with an integral temperature sensor.
