Wohler Viper Chimney and Vent Duct Cleaning Tool 7649

Wohler Viper M Vent Duct Chimney Cleaning Tool Wohler 7649 with GRP rod is used for cleaning flue gas systems. The Wohler 7649 is operated utilizing the push-pull technique for sweeping chimneys and ducts up to 10" diameter.


Key Features:

• 50 ft of 7mm diameter GRP Rod
• Lightweight - sweep from above or below
• Integrated holder can carry up to 2 star style brushes

The GRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic) rod (0.3" Diameter) has a resistant coat and length marking to keep track of how far into a duct run you are. The integrated brush holder can hold up to 2 star type brushes and be capped with an M10 threaded brush to create a custom brush for your application.

The unit weighs approximately 5 lbs and can be easily clipped to a belt for operation on a roof. Made in Germany.

Brush Buying Tips:

Brushes should be roughly 2" larger than the diameter of the duct being cleaned.

Brush Types:

Stainless Steel Crimp Wire: Thin stainless steel wires that have been crimped. Excellent for soft to medium soot in all chimneys.
Stainless Steel Flat Wire: Premium flat wire for harder deposits in masonry/tile chimneys.
Perlon: Black plastic fiber for light condition sweeping in stainless steel chimneys. Heat tolerant to 122°F.
PEK: High Tech Synthetic Fiber for light condition sweeping in stainless steel chimneys, ducts, or pellet stoves. Heat tolerant to 300°F (Higher Temperature tolerance available).
