Yellow Jacket 67067 Yjack AMP Wireless Current Probe
The Yellow Jacket 67067 YJACK AMP Wireless current probe measures electrical current and analyzes critical system power information on HVAC systems. The Yellow Jacket YJACK current probe clamp provides current measurements up to 50 Amps AC and measures the inrush current to analyze hard starts and troubleshoot blown fuses. The Yellow Jacket wireless current probe is part of the Yellow Jacket YJACK wireless probes that can communicate directly with the Yellow Jacket P51-870 Digital Manifold and the YJACK View app for complete system diagnostics. The YJACK devices are the next evolution in creating an interconnected and efficient work environment allowing a service technician to work more quickly and precisely in the HVAC/R industry.

Overview
The compact and durable YJACK current probe clamp has a 1.2” jaw opening and a flexible spiral cable to provide accurate readings even in hard-to-reach areas. The Yellow Jacket 67067 includes an integrated mounting magnet to mount the transmitter to any metal service. The YJACK AMP current probe had a current sensor accuracy of ± 1% of reading or ± 0.15 Amps (whichever is greater).
The YJACK View App will display readings from the YJACK 67067 AMP Wireless Current Probe while calculating power draw and system Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER). The EER of an HVAC cooling device is calculated by using the ratio of output cooling energy to input electrical energy at a given operating point. The YJACK View App will display readings from the YJACK AMP Wireless Current Probe while calculating power draw and system Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER). In addition, the current reading will be displayed on the Yellow Jacket P51-870 Digital Manifold with updates every second and readings stored in the manifold’s internal data log.
The Yellow Jacket 67067 AMP wireless current probe utilizes Low Energy Bluetooth (BLE) technology to interconnect with the other YJACK probes and any smart devices. All Yellow Jacket YJACK Series probes can also communicate directly with the P51-870 Digital Manifold simultaneously. The YJACK View App provides ease of access to all information measured by the YJACK series of devices.
The Yellow Jacket YJACK View App integrates with the YJACK probes and P51-870 digital manifold offering, a complete HVAC/R system diagnostic solution.
The YJACK View Smart application include:
- Measure HVAC/R system pressure, temperature, saturation temperature, superheat and subcooling
- Monitor system evacuation status
- Check indoor air comfort and system efficiency with psychometric air calculations: percent relative humidity, dry bulb, wet bulb and dew point temperature measurements
- Perform system leak tests and track pressure charge over time
- Measure system charge with scale weight readings during charging and recovery operations

- Generate highly customized and detailed service reports capturing system readings and equipment information
