The Yellow Jacket 69373 is a handheld combustible gas detector with a state-of-the-art sensor utilizing the latest technology to achieve superior sensitivity with instantaneous response time. The 69373 gas detector uses advanced electronic circuitry to detect all hydrocarbon and other combustible gases including propane, methane (natural gas), butane, acetylene, isobutane, and benzene. The Yellow Jacket 69373 is designed to make leak detection fast and reliable in a wide range of applications including residential and commercial combustion appliances, gas lines and pipes, heat exchangers, marine bilges, and numerous other applications.

The Yellow Jacket 69373 gas leak detector uses advanced electronic circuitry that is entirely automatic, requiring no manual adjustments and features multiple sensitivity levels as well as an audio and visual display to indicate the leak strength.

 

The Yellow Jacket leak detector is preset at normal sensitivity but can be adjusted to either high or low as needed. Slow beeping indicates that the unit is warmed up. When a leak is detected the beeping sound will increase in frequency and the SmartAlarm LED will indicate leak size on a scale of 1 to 9.

 

The ultra-sensitive long-life sensor on the 69373 gas detector has a low power consumption allowing for a long battery life using standard AA batteries. The sensor can be replaced with p/n 69371.
